Terms of enrolment

Acceptance

By browsing this site or requesting enrolment you agree to these terms. If you are requesting a seat for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to the enrolment note we send by email. We may refuse a request that falls outside app analytics event schema planning.

Programs and informational pricing

Course descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A binding enrolment exists only after we confirm dates, fee, and participant names in writing. There is no checkout or payment collection on this website.

Student responsibilities

You remain responsible for your employer’s data, code, and tracking plans. Do not submit personal data of end users, production secrets, or confidential roadmaps you are not allowed to share. Critiques are educational opinions, not professional analytics, legal, or engineering advice.

Intellectual property

Apifeaturebase owns the site, templates, recordings, and teaching materials. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your work during and after the program. You may not resell, publish, or run a competing course from our materials. Your own schema artefacts remain yours. We may quote anonymised fragments in teaching if you do not opt out in writing.

Conduct

Cohorts are small. Harassment, recording other students without consent, or using the mailing list for solicitation may lead to removal without a further teaching session. Refund consequences are described in the refund policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Apifeaturebase is not liable for lost profits, lost data, broken dashboards, or decisions you make after a critique. Our aggregate liability arising from a program is limited to the fee you paid for that program. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

Site use

You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs other visitors, attempt to break authentication we do not even offer, or misrepresent affiliation with Apifeaturebase. Content is provided as-is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
