Refund policy
Last updated 13 August 2026. This policy applies once you have paid an enrolment fee invoiced by Apifeaturebase. The website itself does not take payment.
Eligibility
Refunds are available to the person or company named on the invoice. Requests must come from the billing email unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Timeframe
A full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 full days before the cohort or clinic start date stated on your confirmation. After that date, only the partial rules below apply.
Full or partial refund
Cancel 14 days or more before start: 100% of the program fee. Cancel fewer than 14 days but before the first live session: 50% of the fee. After the first live session begins, or after Draft Ledger recordings are first accessed: no refund of the program fee, except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise or we cancel the program.
Non-refundable items
Bank transfer charges, third-party processing fees, and privately arranged travel or hotels are not refundable by Apifeaturebase. Completion letters already issued are not “returned” for value.
If we cancel or reschedule
If Apifeaturebase cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund or a transfer to a later date, your choice. If we reschedule by more than 21 days and you cannot attend, you may choose a full refund.
Refund process
Email info@apifeaturebase.digital with the invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are paid back to the original method (bank transfer in Thai baht unless the invoice was issued otherwise).
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 15 working days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Refund method
We do not issue cash at the Bangrak office. We do not credit unrelated future programs unless you ask to transfer rather than refund.
Cancellation by us for conduct
If we remove you for a serious breach of the terms, the unused portion of the fee is not refunded, except as required by law.
Exceptions
Serious illness, documented with a note you are willing to share, may be treated as a transfer to a later cohort rather than a cash refund. Company seat substitutions (another employee taking the place) are allowed up to 48 hours before start at no extra fee.
